Description

FIGURE 1. Phylogenetic relationships of Cytospora. Phylogenetic tree was generated using the maximum likelihood (ML) method by combining the LSU, ITS, rpb2, act, tef1, tub2 genes sequence data. The tree is rooted with Diaporthe eres (CBS 138594) and D. vaccinii (CBS 160.32). ML bootstrap support values above 75% and Bayesian posterior probabilities above 0.95 are given near the nodes. Strains isolated in this study are indicated in red. T: holotype or ex-type.
