Description

Recent spectroscopic analyses of the gravitational wave event GW250114 (SNR ~ 80) report a final remnant area of approximately 400,000 km^2, consistent with the Hawking Area Theorem. However, we demonstrate that this value represents a ~7.1% excess over the standard General Relativistic prediction (~373,416 km^2). We hypothesize that this anomaly is a geometric signature of the vacuum transitioning from a coordination number of K=12 to K=13 at the horizon saturation limit. By modeling the remnant as an elastic system, we propose a zero-parameter geometric constraint—the holographic projection factor η = 1/√3—which predicts a fixed area excess of 7.13%. The agreement with observational data suggests that GW250114 provides the first direct evidence for discrete spacetime structure confined to a monolayer horizon.
