Description
- script_example.m is the MATLAB script containing the code for reproducing results relevant to one representative subject
- data_1subj.mat is a MATLAB structure containing 300-beat long time series (row) of arterial compliance (1st column), mean arterial pressure (2nd column), heart period (3rd column) and respiration (4th column)
- data.mat is a MATLAB structure containing, for each subject (column) and experimental condition (row), 300-beat long time series (row) of arterial compliance (1st column), mean arterial pressure (2nd column), heart period (3rd column) and respiration (4th column). In detail, 39 subjects are monitored in 2 phases (supine rest, head-up tilt)
