Annotated Microscopy Image Labels for Bacterial Classification (ROI/patch annotations)

This repository provides annotation files and dataset structure for a bacterial microscopy image collection used for tasks such as Gram classification (Gram-positive vs Gram-negative) and morphological analysis.

Important note on data provenance:
The original microscopy images were not generated by the authors of this Zenodo record. The images come from external sources and/or previously collected datasets. The contribution of this release is the manual labeling/annotation work, including the organization of the dataset, the definition of the label taxonomy, and the export of annotations.
