0. Delta Summary (v0.2 vs v0.1)
Why v0.2.   This revision closes three audit-critical gaps identified in v0.1:
1.  Anti-forgery  for  CORE: add Gate  Execution  Receipts and require CORE artifacts to be produced by declared core gates (not merely self-consistent hashes).
2.  Mixed-type semantics: define a computable predicate Mixed(e) via TypePredicates and en- force split rules with ancestry preservation.
3.  DET-E  transitivity:  replace distance-based DET-E with DET-E2 (canonicalize → byte- hash), restoring an equivalence relation.
