SOX Framework v1.31: A Normative Audit Protocol for Information-Centric Phase Stability

Description

This record contains the canonical audit protocol for the SOX (Solvency & Information Integrity) framework, version 1.31.

SOX establishes a hardware-agnostic, negative-logic foundation for phase stability based on information theory and thermodynamic constraints. Phases of matter are treated as physically instantiated information-processing regimes whose existence is contingent upon informational solvency.

This document formalizes the Integrity Inequality, introduces the incompatibility between volumetric noise and solvency, and defines strict falsification criteria through a set of forbidden objects. It does not predict critical temperatures, pairing mechanisms, or material properties.

SOX v1.31 is presented as a normative audit standard rather than a phenomenological model. If any forbidden object defined herein is realized in nature, the framework is invalidated in full.
