Description
FIGURE 2. A. Plants of K. rotundifolia are small-growing and the leaves are nearly round to oblong-elliptic to elliptic-obovate (scale bar = 15 mm). B. The flowers of K. rotundifolia are usually diffusely and sparsely carried in flat-topped inflorescences (scale bar = 10 mm). C. Plants of Kalanchoe steyniae are small-growing shrublets that reach reproductive maturity when they are about 200 mm tall (scale bar = 25 mm). D. Flowers of K. steyniae are densely and compactly arranged, also in ± flat-topped inflorescences (scale bar = 12 mm). All photographs by Gideon F. Smith.
