Exogenous Coherence Detection A Scientific Protocol for Identifying Level II+ Technological Signatures
Authors/Creators
Description
This paper proposes a novel framework for the Search for Extraterrestrial
Intelligence (SETI) based on the hierarchical encapsulation K=3 contained in K=4
contained in K=5 from affine Hecke monoid theory. We argue that civilizations
mastering coherence fusion (Level II+ on an extended Kardashev scale) would leave
detectable signatures that diverge fundamentally from natural astrophysical
phenomena. These signatures include: (1) spectral organization at the Golden
Attractor ratio 42/33, (2) inertialess motion via K=3 to K=4 node transitions, and (3)
72-unit canonical structures in signal encoding. We define three validation criteria
(algebraic, energetic, topological) for classifying observations as potentially TExogenous
