Description
中文承担概念生成与结构探索的功能,允许意义在未完全冻结的状态下展开;
Judgment Gate,
Judgment Gate
This work presents a generative framework centred on Scale-free Baseline – Difference – Scale,
designed to analyse the ordering and constraints of structure formation, measurement, and judgment across multiple layers.
The framework is neither an ontology of objects nor an axiomatic system aimed at establishing truth.
Instead, it operates by explicitly prohibiting structural presuppositions, hidden metrics, and conceptual shortcuts, thereby constraining admissible constructions.
The text is written primarily in Chinese, with English serving as a secondary interface layer.
Chinese is used for generative exploration, allowing concepts to remain partially unfixed;
English functions as an alignment and audit interface, rather than as an authoritative or complete translation.
Earlier drafts used the term Decision Gate to denote points of admissibility within the generative process.
In this version, the term is deliberately revised to Judgment Gate
to reduce implicit assumptions of agency, choice, optimisation, or intentional decision-making.
A Judgment Gate denotes only the ruling of admissibility or exclusion, not action or preference.
This document should be read as a constraint-based generative framework,
not as a philosophical position, metaphysical claim, or closed theoretical system.
