This research explores the environmental and biological crisis posed by the Ghazipur landfill in Delhi, specifically focusing on what I term the "Necro-Reactive Mass" (NRM)—the hazardous, unstable core of legacy waste. The paper evaluates the failure of current waste management strategies and proposes a multi-layered remediation framework. Key highlights include the integration of the Indore Model for biomining with the Miyawaki Method for ecological restoration of the site.
