Description
This technical report presents the implementation of the Chrono-NS protocol for turbulence suppression in tokamaks. It includes the core equation, physical calibration of the coupling constant K₀ for modern tokamaks (DIII-D, ASDEX Upgrade, ITER), numerical visualization metrics, and code snippets for integration into MHD solvers (MATLAB and C++). The protocol introduces a chrono-viscosity effect to non-linearly damp high-vorticity peaks without additional magnetic power.
