NB-IoT Reliability Summary for a Validation Meteorological Temperature Station

Supplementary dataset containing summary statistics derived from long-term InfluxDB logs of an outdoor NB-IoT deployment used as a validation meteorological station for precise temperature measurement (~500 m from the serving base station). The CSV provides key–value metrics describing end-to-end data availability, outage statistics (derived from server-side timestamps), inter-sample interval characteristics, RF channel statistics (RSRP/RSRQ/SINR/RSSI), and cell-level indicators (Cell_ID counts and changes).

The file is intended to support reproducibility of the reported reliability analysis and figures.
