Lightweight Smart Support System

This paper presents a Lightweight Smart Support System designed to streamline helpdesk automation through modular architecture, natural language processing, and role‑based dashboards. The system integrates ticket generation, email acknowledgment, and threaded conversations with a resilient backend powered by MySQL/SQLite. A user‑centric interface built with Bootstrap and modern animations ensures clarity and responsiveness.
