Abstract
This paper proposes a radical re-evaluation of the construction technologies of the Urartu Kingdom (9th–6th centuries BC). Through metrological analysis and material study, it is demonstrated that the Tushpa Citadel and the 72-km Menua Canal were constructed using a unified digital module of 0.32 cm and cold geopolymer synthesis (casting) rather than traditional stone-cutting. The study reveals a strict industrial protocol, international logistics standards (1,200-liter containers with barcodes), and a unique 3D-fracture accounting system.
