Description

Abstract
This report challenges the conventional archaeological narrative regarding the handcrafted nature of the 8,000 Terracotta Warriors in Xi'an, China. By applying principles of structural mechanics, production logistics, and industrial quality control, the author identifies seven key technical indicators of mass-scale modular casting. The evidence suggests the use of "free formwork" (earth-casting in loess soil), standardized "blank" master-models, and a sophisticated assembly-line process involving specialized workshops with strict tolerances (up to 0.5 mm).
