Spatial IDH-mut glioma Visium dataset

Description

This repository provides original Visium data of GBM and IDHmut glioma samples used in Hoefflin, Greenwald, Galili Darnell, Mount, et al. "Spatial analysis reveals the evolving organization of low-grade and high-grade IDH-mutant glioma".

Additional GBM samples were analyzed from Ravi et al. (Cancer Cell 2022, DOI: 10.1016/j.ccell.2022.05.009 ). Sample names for these samples should be converted using "sampleID_conversion_GBM_Ravi22.csv" in order to run with our github code repo.
