Description
This article examines the significance, opportunities, and limitations of using digital technologies in clinical psychology. It highlights the role of modern information and communication technologies, mobile applications, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of mental health conditions. The advantages of digital psychotherapy are discussed, including increased accessibility of psychological services, reduced time and financial costs, and the possibility of continuous monitoring of patients’ psychological states. At the same time, particular attention is paid to issues related to data privacy, information security, and ethical considerations in the application of digital technologies. The article substantiates that digital solutions play an important role in improving and modernizing clinical psychology practice.
