This dataset contains the data and computational artifacts supporting the study, "Beyond Tickets and Texts: Addressing Challenges in AI-driven Customer Service" It includes the abstract corpus used for topic modeling, precomputed embeddings, full BERTopic configuration files, clustering outputs. The dataset is intended to enable transparent auditing and deterministic reproduction of the analyses reported in the revised manuscript.
