This dataset is one out of three zenodo entries encompassing a PIE-FLIM dataset of
full-length human FoxP1, point-mutation and truncation variants acquired in live HEK293T cells.

This dataset contains
(i) the Python script used to analyse the data
(ii) the raw data (Picoquant .ptu format)
(iii) binary masks used to the select the region of interest

All other data (e.g. fluorescence intensity decays), sub-masks and values can be created from 
the raw data and the masks using the provided scripts.

A detailed description of how to install the required packages for the scripts and how to run them
was published in a similar project:
