The Drag Wager: Scalar Viscosity as the Origin of Kuiper Belt Clustering

The clustering of extreme Trans-Neptunian Objects (eTNOs) is currently explained by the gravitational influence of an unseen "Planet Nine." Toroidal Scale Dynamics (TSD) offers a non-gravitational alternative based on the motion of the Solar System through the galactic scalar medium. This paper proposes that the observed orbital alignment is an aerodynamic feature—specifically, Scalar Wake Turbulence. At distances greater than 50 AU, the solar wind fails to shield objects from the "Scalar Drag" of the galactic rest frame, forcing them into resonant alignment with the Sun's velocity vector. This work formally predicts that Planet Nine does not exist and that future surveys will reveal the clustering aligns with the Solar Apex.
