Diff since v0.17.6

  • major internal overhaul of NutrientPlanktonDetritus abstraction
  • Adds ImplicitProductivity plankton

Breaking changes:

  • Moves grid and surface_PAR to be positional arguments of light models
  • Changes carbonate_system to inorganic_carbon
  • VariableRedfieldDetritus is now called CarbonNitrogenDissolvedParticulate
