Description
This article analyzes advanced prevention models aimed at preventing juvenile delinquency in the European Union and several European countries (Germany, Great Britain, France, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden). The study highlights the effectiveness of an individual approach, restorative justice, sabotage, socio-psychological support, preventive mechanisms with the participation of the school and the community, as well as early prevention and integrated interdepartmental cooperation. Based on the European experience, scientific and practical proposals adapted for Uzbekistan - educational and rehabilitation programs, community-based preventive infrastructure, digital monitoring technologies, recommendations for improving legal culture and developing the juvenile justice system have been developed.
