Description
We propose a pre-geometric microscopic framework in which spacetime geometry, gravi-
tational coupling, and horizon dynamics emerge from collective coherence degrees of freedom.
Starting from a discrete UV model with local phase and amplitude variables, we derive an ef-
fective covariant description featuring a dynamical gravitational coupling G(x), an emergent
local Planck length, and a microscopic mechanism for volume creation. This construction
provides a microphysical interpretation of the growth of black hole interior volume and re-
alizes horizons as active interfaces exchanging energy and geometric microstructure. We
discuss the limits of the framework and its relation to existing approaches such as loop
quantum gravity, horizon thermodynamics, and scalar–tensor theories
