CDIP v1.1 — P6-B (B1–B3) Executable Error Proxies for ℏeff Transferability + P6-Min Transfer Report Template (Audit-Ready)

This note operationalizes P6 by replacing abstract error terms with executable proxies suitable for third-party audit. P6-B1 defines discretization/inner-product consistency checks (energy and cross-grid drift). P6-B2 defines a resolution-convergence proxy for the whitened antisymmetry operator via a two-grid difference diagnostic.   P6-B3 defines a statistical uncertainty contract (bootstrap) and a PASS/FAIL/INAD adjudication rule for comparing ℏeff  across sampling/resolution/basis implementations. A minimal transfer report template is provided.
