Example Amira file

File contains a dual-tilt reconstruction from two 121 image-tilt series, acquired on a 300 kV electron microscope. Sample is C. elegans sperm cell, high-pressure frozen, freeze-substituted and embedded in Epon/Araldite. The resulting MRC-file was imported to Amira and cropped there. The cropped file was saved in the Amira file format (8bit unsigned). Pixel size is 25.72 Angström.
