rosimarwx/nasa-cpex-cv: Updated analysis and added MPAS-A files

This release includes two minor changes:

1. I updated the notebooks exploring_HAMSR_data.ipynb and testing_ecco-v_apr3.ipynb to add a panel with a map that shows the segment being plotted on the curtain plots.
2. I added namelist.init_atmosphere, namelist.atmosphere, and mesh_resolution_cpexcv.png. The namelists were used to create the MPAS-A simulations used for the study of RF05 of CPEX-CV. The image shows the domain used for the simulations.
