Description
Dataset containing ultraviolet-visible absorbance and fluorescence spectra of dissolved organic matter in the lower Columbia River.
The dataset serves as an example in the drEEM toolbox version 2.
The zip file contains a folder of measured data and an Excel spreadsheet with metadata.
Absorbance and fluorescence was measured on a Horiba AquaLog. Samples were filtered with a 0.7micrometer GF/F filter and stored in acid-washed and muffled amber glass vials.
