Description

This Zenodo repository contains the R code and derived datasets used to reproduce the analyses presented in the manuscript: “Selectively Incomplete: How Biological and Human Filters Reshape Mammalian Diversity in the Simulated Fossil Record.”

The study simulates the effects of geological, biological, and human-related sampling biases on the taxonomic composition and functional space of terrestrial mammal assemblages, using present-day distributions and trait data as a baseline for a hypothetical future fossil record.
