Decision-OS V9: Impact-Weighted Release (Japanese Edition)

Decision-OS V9 operationalizes “point → trajectory” safety into a release protocol that remains stable under hindsight and multi-attempt pressure.
Instead of predicting the future, V9 fixes evaluation As-of (time-bounded), separates explanation/update lanes (Playback-only / Forward-only Δ), and defines Release as continuous pass under an impact-weighted observation window.

Key components:

• Time V2: As-of Fixation + Update Lane Separation (Playback-only / Forward-only Δ)

• Public Tube (p,n): cumulative risk under repeated trials and fixed-order mitigation levers

• Impact-Weighted Release: I(a)=E·R·P, T_req(a)=T0(1+k log(1+I(a))) and PASS/DELAY/BLOCK with Downshift

• Canon: PASS < DELAY < BLOCK | until = max | evidence = UNION
