MetaCarvel output graph and scaffolds (circa August 2017) for a stool sample, SRS049959

From Marcus: this is a relatively old scaffold graph generated by MetaCarvel (https://github.com/marbl/MetaCarvel/) that we have been using as a test dataset (MetaCarvel has been updated a decent amount since 2017).

Since one of the MetagenomeScope paper's figures uses this dataset, I am uploading it to Zenodo for the sake of reproducibility.
