prismAId - Open Science AI Tools for Systematic, Protocol-Based Literature Reviews
Description
prismAId leverages generative AI models to screen and extract data from scientific literature. It provides efficient, replicable, and user-friendly methods for conducting systematic reviews. Designed in line with Open Science practices, prismAId requires no coding skills to use.
Notes
v0.10.1 - Updated dependencies and expanded LLM & OCR support. Updated alembica to v0.1.1 with breaking changes (migrated to official OpenAI SDK). Added support for Perplexity AI provider and new models: OpenAI GPT-5 series, Anthropic Claude 4.5 series, Google AI Gemini 2.5/3 series, Cohere Command A Reasoning. Added Apache Tika OCR fallback support for converting scanned PDFs and image-based documents with automatic fallback when standard conversion methods fail or return empty text. Updated CI/CD to use macOS 15 runners.
