Description

This data is a result of a computation using the OSCAR computer algebra system to compute the degree 5 components of the vanishing ideal for the general Markov model with four states on a three leaf tree. The data is stored using the mrdi format. The data structure is a dictionary where the keys are elements of a finitely generated abelian group and the values are lists of elements of the vanishing ideal whose grading is the given key.
