Description

Changes:

  • Improved coregistration code. This resulted in a few API breaking changes:
    • rhino.coregister() -> rhino.coregister_head_and_mri()
    • rhino.coregister(... opm=True) removed. Use rhino.save_coregistration_files().
    • rhino.extract_polhemus_from_fif() -> rhino.extract_fiducials_and_headshape_from_fif().
  • Added an example of applying the canonical HMM to non-coregistered OPM data.
  • Moved some of the example scripts to the /contributions directory.
