Managing AI Driven Customs Modernisation

This repository contains anonymised survey data and analysis code supporting the manuscript “Bridging the Bureaucracy–Agility Divide: A Hybrid Framework for AI-Driven Customs Modernisation in Bangladesh.”

The materials are used to analyse AI-enabled decision support, governance, and organisational agility in public-sector customs administration. All data are fully anonymised, and no personal identifiers are included. The repository is provided to support transparency and reproducibility in applied artificial intelligence and public administration research.
