We present a unified Entropic Scalar Effective Field Theory (EFT) in which local quantum entanglement entropy acts as the foundational source of spacetime geometry, gravity, and cosmic structure. By identifying dark matter as vacuum entanglement deficits and dark energy as a homogeneous entropic pressure, the framework derives Newton’s gravitational constant and the galactic acceleration scale from first principles, without empirical fitting. The theory anchors inertial mass to information content via a derived renormalization flow, naturally reproducing the Radial Acceleration Relation via Bose-Einstein entropic mode statistics and alleviating the Hubble tension through a trace-coupled early-universe energy injection. This deposit includes the full theoretical manuscript and technical appendices detailing the derivation of the microscopic sharing constant from tetrahedral spin-network states, the validation of solar system PPN parameters, and the recovery of the electron mass as a consistency check.
