Preprint establishing priority for a holographic cosmology framework wherein time emerges as quantum decoherence rate, gravitational time dilation arises from information bandwidth saturation near massive objects, and cosmic acceleration results from entanglement entropy accumulation. Validated against Gravity Probe A time dilation measurements and Pantheon+ supernova data. Predicts non-constant dark energy equation of state correlated with star formation history.
