This work develops a conceptual and theoretical framework in which time is not understood exclusively as a parameter or coordinate, but as a fundamental, structure-bearing condition of physical processes. The point of departure is the observation that time is indispensable in established physical models, while its fundamental status typically remains implicit.
Without refuting or modifying existing theories, a conceptual framework is formulated in which time is regarded as a non-consumable, continuously effective prerequisite of energy and spatial processes. The aim is not to establish new physical laws or quantitative predictions, but to provide a consistent conceptual classification.
The work explicitly presents itself as a theoretical-conceptual contribution. It makes no claim to experimental verification and deliberately avoids concrete applications or the explanation of individual observed phenomena. Instead, it seeks to provide a foundation that may serve as a starting point for separate, further considerations.
