الناسخ والمنسوخ علما من علوم القرآن - Abrogation and Abrogated: A Science of the Qur'an

The aim of the book "Abrogation and Abrogated: A Science of the Qur'an" is to correct the ideas and concepts that have become prevalent in the literature of Qur'anic sciences regarding the Qur'anic text, to review what has been established as sacred truths, and to clarify the methodologies of the "scholars" and how they dealt with this text in order to rid themselves of the dogmatic view of religious heritage based on the science of abrogation and abrogated. It also sought to examine the approaches of its scholars, deconstruct their material, analyze their discourses, and highlight the main methodologies they employed in understanding it. This research was driven by a central question: Where did the study of abrogation derive its legitimacy? And from it, other questions arose, such as: What is the meaning of abrogation? And what is its relationship with the Quranic text? And are there connections between it and the one who transmitted the text, those who followed him, his companions, and those who followed them? And what is the number of abrogating and abrogated verses? And how did the scholars address it? And what are the issues they addressed and those they remained silent about? And how did they address it? And what are their proofs? And is there a difference between Sunni and Shia manuscripts? And if there are differences, what are their areas?

Le but du livre "Le texte abrogé et l'abrogation, une science parmi les sciences du Coran" est de corriger les idées et concepts répandus dans la littérature des sciences coraniques concernant le texte coranique, de réviser ce qui est devenu des vérités sacrées, et d'examiner les méthodes des "savants" et leur manière de traiter ce texte afin de se débarrasser de cette vision dogmatique du patrimoine religieux en se basant sur la science du texte abrogé et de l'abrogation. Il a également cherché à examiner les approches de ses savants, à décomposer leur matière, à analyser leurs discours et à mettre en lumière les principales méthodes qu'ils ont utilisées pour le comprendre. Cette recherche a suscité une question centrale : d'où la science de l'abrogation tire-t-elle sa légitimité ? Et de là sont nées d'autres questions telles que : quelle est la signification de l'abrogation ? Et quelle est sa relation avec le texte coranique ? Et y a-t-il des liens entre lui et le transmetteur du texte, ceux qui l'ont suivi, ses compagnons et ceux qui les ont suivis ? Et quel est le nombre des versets abrogés et abrogeants ? Et comment les savants s'y sont-ils pris ? Et quelles sont les questions qu'ils ont abordées et celles qu'ils ont ignorées ? Et comment les ont-ils abordées ? Et quelles sont leurs preuves ? Et y a-t-il des différences entre les livres de version sunnite et chiite ? Et s'il y a des différences, quels sont leurs domaines?

إنّ هدف كتاب "الناسخ والمنسوخ علما من علوم القرآن" هو تصحيح ما شاع في أدبيّات علوم القرآن من أفكار ومفاهيمَ حول النصّ القرآنيّ ومراجعة ما استقرّ حقائق حدّ التّقديس، وتبيّن مناهج "العلماء" وكيفيّة تعاملهم مع هذا النصّ للتخلّص من تلك النظرة الوثوقيّة للتراث الديني انطلاقا من علم الناسخ والمنسوخ. كما سعى إلى الوقوف على مقاربات علمائه وتفكيك مادّتهم وتحليل خطاباتهم وأبرز المناهج التي توسّلوا بها في فهمه. لقد حرّك هذا البحثَ سؤالٌ مركزيٌّ هو: من أين استمدّ مبحث النّسخ مشروعيّته؟ وعنه تناسلت أسئلة أخرى من قبيل: ما معنى النّسخ؟ وما علاقته بالنصّ القرآنيّ؟ وهل من صلات بينه وبين مُبلِّغِ النصّ ومَن خَلَفُوه وصاحبوه ومَن تبعهم؟ وما عدد النّاسخ والمنسوخ؟ وكيف تصرّف العلماء فيه؟ وماهي القضايا التي تناولوها والتي سكتوا عنها؟ وكيف تناولوها؟ وماهي أدلّتهم؟ وهل هناك اختلاف بين كتب النّسخ السنيّة والشيعيّة؟ وإذا كانت هناك اختلافات فما مجالها؟
