Applying the Structural Law of Observables to Deep Space RTG Power Data: A Six-Mission Test

Description

The Structural Law of Observables, O(x, t) = Obase + F (S(x, t)), is applied to Radioisotope Thermoelectric Generator (RTG) power telemetry from six deep-space missions: Voyager 1, Voyager 2, Pioneer 10, Pioneer 11, New Horizons, and Ulysses. The effective structural coupling ϕ = 0.084 is fixed independently of RTG data. The characteristic structural length scale L0 ≈ 26 astronomical units (AU) is estimated empirically from three independent observational methods. The model predicts RTG power deficits with correlation r = 0.80 and correctly predicts a sign reversal between heliospheric regimes. A falsifiable trend prediction is made for Voyager 1 in late 2026
