The order.dendrogram(dend) function retrieves the left-to-right physical arrangement order of leaves within the dendrogram. Subsequently, unname(...) removes identifier labels, yielding a pure sequence of color codes (e.g., "red, red, blue, blue..."). Setting sort_by_labels_order = FALSE instructs the plotting function to directly apply this color sequence from left to right at the bottom, thereby ensuring precise alignment of color blocks with their corresponding branches in the dendrogram for coherent visual representation.
