本論文は、多層構造において成立する「多層知略」を、

静的構造と動的創の相互作用として整理・理論化したものである。

多層知略を、目的達成のための操作的戦略や計算としてではなく、

配置・境界・役割が保持された構造の中で、

創発が自然に立ち上がる現象として捉える。

本論文は、倫理的規範や成功の保証を目的とせず、

後続の統合モデルにおいて

「意図と創発が共存する構造」を理解するための基盤理論として位置づけられる。

Multi-layer Strategics: Static Structure × Dynamic Creation

This paper theorizes “multilayer strategy” as an interaction between static structure and dynamic emergence within multilayer systems.

Rather than treating strategy as an operational or goal-oriented calculation, this work conceptualizes it as a configurational phenomenon in which emergence arises naturally within preserved structures of placement, boundaries, and roles.

This paper does not aim to prescribe ethics or guarantee success, but instead serves as foundational theory for understanding structures in which intention and emergence coexist within subsequent integrative models.
