Description
This dataset contains X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analytical results, representative spectra and instrumental measurement conditions supporting the study entitled “Interfacial geochemistry and taphonomy in silicified wood: multi-analytical evidence from the Late Pliocene Santa María Basin, Catamarca, Argentina”. The data include quantitative geochemical tables and spectral information obtained from fossil wood samples (Mimosoxylon tenax) and are intended to ensure analytical transparency and reproducibility.
