The Coherence Selection Principle: A Structural Completion of the Wheeler–DeWitt Framework

Description

This manuscript proposes a non-dynamical coherence admissibility principle completing the Wheeler–DeWitt framework by restricting the physically realizable solution space via global consistency constraints.

The principle introduces no modification to unitary dynamics, no stochastic collapse mechanism, and no observer dependence. It functions as a structural selection criterion on quantum–geometric configurations and yields falsifiable consequences for semiclassical gravity, black-hole information histories, and cosmological initial conditions.
