Secure and Resilient IoMT Node Deployment: Enhancing Privacy and Threat Mitigation with 3D Voronoi Diagrams and a PSO-GA Hybrid Algorithm in Healthcare Networks
Authors/Creators
Description
This paper presents a novel framework for secure and resilient deployment of Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) nodes in healthcare environments. By integrating 3D Voronoi diagrams, K-means clustering, and a hybrid Particle Swarm Optimization–Genetic Algorithm (PSO-GA), the approach optimizes node placement for improved coverage, energy efficiency, and robust privacy protection. The framework incorporates real-time threat mitigation and privacy-preserving mechanisms, demonstrating scalability and effectiveness for secure medical monitoring and AI-driven threat intelligence in dynamic healthcare networks.
