Abstract (English)
SEPIA is a system for improving research data at HZB by enabling the consistent identification of physical samples and the management of their associated metadata. It provides reliable linking between samples, experimental datasets, researchers and investigations. Through integrated IGSN minting, samples can be tracked across multiple experiments and facilities. SEPIA streamlines sample management, enhances collaboration, and supports traceability throughout the full research lifecycle.
