The Sovereign Corpus — Adjudicative Companion for Institutional Settlement
Description
The Sovereign Corpus — Adjudicative Companion for Institutional Settlement is a canonically sealed, post-hoc adjudicative instrument governing the constitutional judgment of institutional settlement reliance.
This companion is adjudicative, not normative. It exists solely to evaluate, after the fact, whether reliance on institutional settlement systems was legitimate and sovereign. It is non-binding, non-operational, jurisdiction-neutral, and may be invoked only when a dispute, collapse, or formal challenge has already occurred. It does not provide guidance, compliance checklists, implementation advice, certification criteria, or design standards.
The scope of this companion is strictly limited to four works within the Settlement Before Scale corpus:
-
Settlement Before Scale — doctrinal foundation (WHY).
-
Institutional Settlement Integrity Framework (ISIF) — constitutional definition (WHAT).
-
Institutional Settlement Stewardship: Interpretation & Reliance Governance — interpretive layer (HOW).
-
Forensic Collisions Between Digital Logic and Institutional Authority — empirical stress evidence (non-normative).
This companion does not extend, amend, reinterpret, or operationalize those works. It provides a structured set of adjudicative questions to determine whether reliance remained within constitutional bounds at the time it occurred. It distinguishes settlement error from settlement illegitimacy and preserves institutional and vendor dignity by rejecting fault attribution, evidentiary use, enforcement authority, or prescriptive outcomes.
No sentence is imposed. Recognition ends where judgment must be exercised elsewhere.
