ORP-P v1.0 — Parameterized Profile (with NCA v1.0)

This preprint defines ORP-P v1.0 as the parameterized profile of ORP v1.0, incorporating NCA v1.0 as an intrinsic component. ORP-P specifies a closed, immutable profile with explicit structural parameters (A, R, T) and event-based dominance under a non-central authority constraint. The specification is normative, time-invariant, and designed for cross-DOI reuse. Resolver placeholders are used in v1.0 and are replaced with concrete DOI URLs at publication without constituting a content change. ORP-P v1.0 normatively depends on ORP v1.0.
