Methodological note: The claim of "experimental verification" of α(λ) = -1/2 - λ is circular — α was computed from the formula using measured λ, not measured independently. The OTOC measurement code and IBM Quantum data remain available as supplementary technical resources. The Law from Bit series replaces this approach with rigorous derivations from information geometry and Constructor Theory.
