Description
The main objective of the U-TEST project is to develop and validate a non-invasive urine-based diagnostic test for the early detection of neonatal bacterial sepsis. The innovation builds upon our previous work on urinary metabolite profiling to provide a safer, repeatable alternative to traditional blood-based diagnostics, reducing the need for invasive procedures in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs).
