Collatz conjecture Reduction of the ROM3 and B sets to low-density sets

In the attempt to prove the Collatz conjecture, the most robust strategy is a deterministic one. We aim to remain within this framework by extracting as much structural information as possible from the dynamics. In this work, we introduce systematic reductions of the validation sets of the Syracuse (Collatz) conjecture based on binary patterns.
